Safar Abhi tak ka: Day 2

Nani has two houses out here.. The other one is more like a workshop where all the farm stuff is kept.. The tractor.. The. Tractor equipment, a buffalo and her kid..

The buffalo's kid had the most buffalo expression like ever.. She lay there staring at me.. Still like a statue while still chewing..

On the tractor we went
Wrrr wrrr wrrr
Cool wind going
Wosh wosh wosh
I went by
Shrr shrr shrr

Green it was all around
Blue it was all above
A little yellow there
A little yellow here

The Sound of water
Added music
To the melody
Of the chirping trees
The silence playing the audience
Applauded by the sudden flock of birds

Apart from Sarsoo, many other vegetation is also grown.. We plucked a ripe radish from the field.. Drew water from the well, washed it and ate it.. :)

This time I don't have many a pics on my phone.. But whatever I have.. Here we go.. Ill write more soon.. Till then tada.. See u'll soon amigos.. Jaipur tomorrow :)

P.s there an image of a khat.. Its like used as a sitting.. I guess the picture would speak more for itself...

Safar Abhi tak ka: Day 1

Reached My Nani's place yesterday:) its been a year since i have been last here..
The road on either side to my nani's place is surrounded  by fields.. Filled with yellow colour flowers.. Sarsoo.. Not sure what they are called in English..Its a never ending boulevard with yellow colour canvas painted on both sides, dancing to the tunes of the wind, mearging in the blue clear skies.

The different hindi spoken here is quite different, mixed with haryanvi and has its own taste. But apart from that, I am so used today to use English words in my common Hindi sentences, that sometimes it makes me smile when they use words like "Saral" instead of the "Easy" i use. But its quite amusing. Its the same way I find some of the words they use amusing as they find mine.

This part of the country kinda experiences the extremes, cold is super cold and hot.. boiling!!
and its cold now here. The cold here.. Kinda different from Pune cold.. Even if u are all decked up to protect urself against it.. u won't shiver but u'll feel it up ur spine. Being a village, electricity and all are still a luxury and people are not dependent on it, they have quite interesting and innovate some or then traditional ways to work around it. I found it quite amusing in the morning to get up and heat my own water, put wood in the chamber and blow for it to catch fire.

I went to the farms and all also.. But more on that later.. the take of the day will be the smile on the faces of the people which immdiately put away the tirness of the 26hr journey.

Adios Amigos till then.. Take care..
